Job Description

Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is investing in a Sales Account Manager for our Randstad Digital (RD) specialty supporting our Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and Manufacturing (AADM) division.. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our services. We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success.

  • Analyze market trends, leverage industry expertise, and strategically position RD to maximize growth potential within the AADM industry
  • Identify, qualify, and develop net new business opportunities within targeted accounts, markets and industries
  • Execute a strategic prospecting plan using multi-channel approaches (cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals).
  • Build, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with your client at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within the territory/accounts.
  • Conduct formal sales presentations to prospective clients, focusing on the variety of staffing solutions offered by Randstad Digital
  • Negotiate service agreements, contracts, and fee structures for new accounts
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure proper support for new client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions

What you need to bring:

  • 2-5 years of IT/Engineering/Professional staffing sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting
  • Ability to navigate and engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful conversions
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • Spirit of entrepreneurship and high energy
  • A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous

This is a hybrid attendance role. It is required that you attend an office at your manager's discretion pursuant to Randstad's hybrid and remote work policies. You may also be required to travel to attend in-person events, including but not limited to training, meetings and retreats. Some of this travel may involve interprovincial and international trips.
