About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across Spain and Portugal. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, increasing product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help customers maximize the value of our solutions while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across Spain and Portugal;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors
  • Conduct regular customer engagement meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews;
  • Develop and maintain account plans, governance frameworks, and stakeholder maps.

Growth & Commercial Development

  • Drive customer retention and renewal success
  • Identify, qualify, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Support customers in maximizing adoption and utilization of our solutions;
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within Salesforce.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all customer activities, opportunities, and account updates are accurately maintained in Salesforce;
  • Partner with internal teams to support contract renewals, onboarding activities, and issue resolution;
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage risks to customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Market Planning, Support, Product, and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience;
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market, competitive, and customer insights with internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute to strategic planning and account development initiatives across the region.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Account Management: retention and growth;
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing customer relationships;
  • Experience conducting business reviews and engaging with senior stakeholders;
  • Strong commercial experience driving renewals, upselling, and account growth;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment;
  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese is highly desirable.
