Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor within the consumer electronics market, serving a nationwide network of dealers and retail partners. With decades of industry success, the company continues to expand its market presence while maintaining a customer-focused culture built on quality, innovation, and strong business relationships.

The Role

This individual will join the Sales and Account Management team and work closely with company leadership to support both existing customers and new business development efforts. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dealer accounts while identifying opportunities to grow market share through new customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys balancing account management with business development.

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 70-80 dealer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for ordering, account support, and relationship management.
  • Develop and grow a designated sales territory by identifying and pursuing new dealer opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and order details within the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and timely order fulfillment.
  • Represent the organization professionally while promoting products and expanding market presence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management, sales, business development, or related customer-facing experience required.
  • Experience selling to businesses and brick-and-mortar retail customers is highly preferred.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, automotive aftermarket products, technical products, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
