Role Mission

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our UK team and take ownership of multiple client accounts across social media, digital and integrated marketing campaigns. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across all active accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is comfortable managing several priorities at once, and enjoys working across different clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management: Own day-to-day communication with multiple clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring strong relationships across all accounts.

  • Multi-Account Delivery: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines and deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency across all work.

  • Campaign Coordination & Execution: Translate client briefs into clear tasks for internal teams across social media, paid media, influencer marketing and creative delivery.

  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, media and production to ensure smooth execution of campaigns from briefing to delivery.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Support campaign reporting and performance tracking, ensuring insights are clearly shared with clients and internal teams.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and additional services where relevant.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an account management role within a social media, digital, marketing or creative agency.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (ideally 3+).

  • Strong client-facing communication skills with direct experience managing stakeholders.

  • Experience across social media campaigns, with exposure to paid media, influencer marketing and/or reporting.

  • Familiarity with project management, reporting and CRM tools used to manage workflows, client communication and campaign delivery.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
