Job Description

About Us:

Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming the way buildings run. In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 250 buildings. Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s lives

We’re looking for an experienced Onsite Account Manager to serve as the dedicated operational lead for a large-scale residential condominium/cooperative property in New York City. This is a fully onsite role responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, resident experience, onsite staff management, vendor coordination, and board communication for a single-building portfolio.

Unlike traditional property management models where managers are expected to own every operational detail, Daisy’s model is built around specialized support teams, centralized systems, and shared operational infrastructure. This enables our Onsite Account Managers to focus on leadership, operational oversight, resident relationships, and building performance rather than administrative burden.

This role is ideal for an experienced NYC property management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience managing large residential properties and union staff, and is excited by the opportunity to help modernize and improve the way residential buildings operate.

What You’ll Do:

Board Leadership & Resident Relations

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for the Board and residents
  • Lead board meetings and operational review discussions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with board members and residents
  • Provide proactive operational and financial recommendations
  • Manage escalated resident and building matters professionally and discreetly
  • Drive resident satisfaction and overall building experience

Building Operations & Staff Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations and onsite performance
  • Lead and manage onsite staff, including supers, porters, concierge, and front desk personnel
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence with visibility into daily operations
  • Establish accountability, performance expectations, and operational consistency across teams
  • Oversee staffing coordination and operational execution
  • Partner with Daisy support teams to drive responsiveness and service quality
  • Coordinate communication across boards, vendors, consultants, attorneys, and operational teams
  • Review monthly financial reporting and budget performance
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with facilities, finance, compliance, resident operations, and project teams
  • Maintain ownership over building outcomes and resident experience
  • Operate with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong decision-making

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of NYC condominium/cooperative property management experience
  • Experience managing large residential properties and onsite teams
  • Significant experience working with union staff and building operations
  • Strong understanding of NYC building operations, vendor management, staffing, and resident relations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience overseeing capital projects and Local Law compliance initiatives
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and board-facing skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational accountability
  • Ability to manage escalated situations effectively and professionally

Compensation:

This role offers a salary of $110K-$135K, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
