Key Responsibilities
Looking for new clients, building an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned client segment to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide responses and solutions.
Advise and recommend relevant IT & business certifications to working industry professionals & companies.
Provide management with weekly reporting on sales targets.
Achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, and marketing) to ensure successful course execution.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new business opportunities.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build the company's presence in the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the training, education, or professional development sector.
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Account Manager.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and other sales management tools.
