Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Working closely with Foodstuffs North Island toexecute plans andgrow our businesses together
Managing promotional programs, forecasting,reportingand commercial performanceacross a portfolio of categories
Identifyingopportunities for growth and helping bring them to life
Working cross-functionally withcategory, finance, revenue management, supplychainand marketing teams
Supporting both short-termexecutionand longer-term strategic planning
What you'll bring:
Takes ownership and learnsquickly
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
Is organised andcomfortable managing multiple priorities
Enjoys solving problems and turning insights into action
Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the team
Is resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Experience within FMCG would be beneficial, but mindset and attitude matter just as much.
What you'll bring:
Resilient, energetic, confident, curious, eager to learn, attention to detail
Organised, analytical, good listening skills
Tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus
Negotiating and stakeholder management skills
3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)
