About the Role & Team
As an Account Manager at IDC, you will be responsible for driving sales, growth and building long-lasting relationships with existing clients (20%) and prospects (80%) within Middle East excluding Saudi Arabia across the IDC portfolio of services.

Qualifications: A solid track record of about 6 years of experience with a focus on consultative selling and client relationship management Knowledge of the technology sector and/or experience with selling Solutions is a big plus. Experience with selling to Technology vendor entities is a plus. Being fluent in Arabic is a plus. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at various organizational levels. Powerful negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, advanced PowerPoint skills are an advantage. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to navigate complex sales scenarios. Being self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software, knowledge of Salesforce in particular is a plus.
