Account Manager

A little bit about our team:

ADA strives to provide independent artists and label partners with access to the resources, relationships and experience required to share their creative vision with a global audience. We honor our diverse history and embrace the future with unwavering passion & ambition. Our team thrives at the intersection of independent spirit and major-label scale, moving fast to empower artists and labels in a digital-first world. As the dedicated distribution arm, we provide our partners with the resources, relationships, and "Tower of Control" oversight required to share their creative vision with a global audience. You aren’t just a manager; you are the architect of the day-to-day workflow and the strategic bridge that keeps our music moving and our partners thriving.

Your role:

As the Jr Account Manager for TuStreams, you will be the definitive "Tower of Control" and primary strategic advisor for our exclusive label partners. You are the sole point person responsible for navigating the complexities of the modern music business—balancing high-level release strategy with granular operational execution. This role requires a unique "hybrid" mindset: you must be as comfortable troubleshooting a royalty discrepancy as you are brainstorming a viral digital marketing activation. If you are a proactive problem-solver who lives for the details but dreams in big-picture strategy, you’ll find your home here.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Act as the Primary Liaison: Serve as the central hub between TuStreams labels, artist managers, and internal WMG global teams.

  • Manage the Digital Supply Chain: Lead the "Tower of Control" for daily operations, triaging and resolving high-priority issues related to content delivery and platform logistics.

  • Financial & Rights Resolution: Collaborate with Royalties and Business Affairs to investigate payment discrepancies and resolve copyright/ownership disputes.

  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously refine internal processes to reduce friction between creative partners and backend operational teams.

  • Release Strategy Advising: Lead set-up meetings for key releases, advising on optimal single/album rollout schedules and "best practices" for DSPs.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales and streaming data to identify trends, converting raw metrics into actionable strategies for future growth.

  • Partner Education: Stay ahead of emerging trends in music consumption and educate partners on new tools and methods to maximize their digital footprint.

About you:

  • The Experience: You have 3–5 years (or more) of experience in label management, music distribution, or product management.

  • Technical Fluency: You have a firm grasp of music publishing, copyright law, and how metadata/royalties flow through the digital ecosystem.

  • The Strategic Optimizer: You don’t just report data; you interpret it. You are capable of converting streaming and social data into practical release strategies.

  • Comunication: You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain trust among artists, managers, and corporate stakeholders.

  • Operational Rigor: You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing project budgets and complex timelines under pressure.

  • Knowledge: You have an exemplary knowledge of digital media and an understanding of how it influences and moves popular culture.

  • High EQ: You bring the emotional intelligence necessary to maintain strong, high-trust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external label clients.

  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Market Skills: Deep passion for (and experience in) the Latin and Mexican music market.

  • Platform Expertise: Understanding of DSP backend platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.).

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in the music or entertainment industry.
