We are looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our Quarries team, covering the Gold Coast and Northern NSW corridor. This is one of the most active construction regions in Australia, with a strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects, civil works, and residential developments. Operating in this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth across the region.
This role is suited to individuals that pride themselves on building and managing a strong pipeline across both new and existing customers—identifying opportunities early through proactive discussions market insights, fostering key accounts, and unlocking growth within your current portfolio.
You’ll be just as comfortable on a construction site speaking with a Project Supervisor as you are in the boardroom presenting to Tier 1 contractors or engaging with council procurement teams.
You will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring high standards are upheld and aligned with the ‘Boral Way’.
