What You’ll Do:As an Account Manager, you’ll be part of our energetic Amsterdam based BD team, helping to grow WorldFirst’s footprint across Europe. You’ll learn the ropes of fintech sales, relationship management, and global business from a team of industry experts - while playing a key role in driving growth.Here’s what you’ll get involved in:
  • 🌟  Learn and grow  - Develop your commercial skills by supporting senior BD Managers on key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • 💬  Build relationships - Engage with e-commerce brands and SMEs, understanding their needs and helping them explore WorldFirst’s solutions.
  • 🚀  Support business growth - Help identify and qualify our strong inbound leads, enhance client knowledge, execute targeted campaigns & attend industry events to capture new opportunities.
  • 💡  Be the customer’s voice - Share insights from client conversations to help shape our products and strategy.
  • 🤝  Collaborate across teams - Work closely with customer success, marketing, and operations to deliver a great experience for every client.
  • 📈  Own your development - Learn from some of the best in fintech, with opportunities for rapid progression into Account Executive and BD Manager roles.
Who You Are:
  • Are motivated by building relationships and achieving targets
  • Communicate clearly and confidently whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Bring a positive, problem-solving attitude to challenges
  • Want to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can grow quickly
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Bonus Sound understanding or interest in e-commerce, payments, or fintech
