Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with an expanding iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for experienced Account Managers, who are ready for new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (operators, affiliates, or partners).
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day communication, ensuring timely responses and proactive support.
  • Track client KPIs, campaign performance, and player activity through analytics tools.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
  • Use data to recommend optimizations and business improvements.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and system integration.

Key Requirements

  • Deep iGaming ecosystem knowledge;
  • Previous Account/Affiliate Management experience;
  • Near-native English proficiency (C2);
  • Turkish language will be strong advantage;
  • CRM expertise and data-driven approach.
