About the Opportunity

Our team, based in Perth are currently seeking an Account Manager to join them.

In this role you will report to the National Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Generate and convert novated leasing and salary packaging leads.

- Provide product education and promotion directly to customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate employer clients, including stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, and leadership teams

- Increase the number of Paywise members and novated leasing customers in existing employer clients.

- Regular travel to client sites, delivering presentations, workshops, and engagement activities both in-person and virtually.

- Identify and drive opportunities to grow services within existing client accounts

- Uphold the Paywise core values of being responsive, and member focused.

About You

You’re a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys delivering results.

Other key skills and experience:

- Understanding of salary packaging and novated leasing products, or similar financial services.

- Experience in resolving complex customer issues and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

- You have experience managing relationships within corporate or employer-based environments and confidently engage with stakeholders across multiple levels.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable skills, experience and qualifications:

- Familiarity with CRM software and financial quoting systems.

- Experience communicating financial products and benefits.

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or relevant field.

- Background in or formal training in Sales.
