Emixa Industry Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This hybrid role offers a perfect blend of office and customer-facing experiences, providing an excellent foundation for career growth within technical sales focused on the industry leading Siemens Solid Edge product suite. This opportunity is ideally suited to a graduate seeking to begin a career in sales, or to an individual with approximately one year of sales experience looking to further develop their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management – Actively manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities to increase their adoption of Siemens software and associated services.
New Business Development – Prospect, identify, and win new customers, strategically growing your account base and contributing to the business's overall success.
Consultative Selling – Understand customer challenges, advise on suitable solutions, and identify opportunities for consultancy and additional services, including software training and maintenance.
Implementation Management – Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation of products and services delivered by Emixa.
What We Are Looking For
Enthusiasm and motivation to develop a successful career in sales, with a keen interest in technology and engineering software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels, including senior management.
A proactive and confident approach to new customer engagement.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally, including overnight stays as required.
Previous sales or CAD Software experience preferred, though not essential, as training and support will be provided.
