About The Role

The Account Manager (AM) for Process Solutions is responsible for achieving sales goals by successfully positioning and selling products and services in the Process Solutions portfolio to existing and new accounts in a specified field territory or digital coverage area. The job involves utilizing digital marketing tools and existing databases to engage and qualify new and existing customers. The AM deeply understands their territory, the customer pipeline, projects, strategy, and goals. The AM coordinates resources manages the sales process and works to seed new products and increase the share of wallet for accounts within their scope of responsibility. This role works closely as a team with Customer Application, Global Strategic Accounts & TSS colleagues.

  • Maintain loyalty of existing customers & distributors, acquiring new markets through the understanding of customers, business needs, and consulting skills.
  • Develop overall strategies to approach existing and new customers in potential industries (focus on Pharmaceutical & Biopharmaceutical Segments).
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; competitor’s analysis and establishing targeted market share.
  • Extract customer data to analyze Customers to understand and identify Customer Segmentation Look for new markets and opportunities to grow business further.
  • Develop and implement appropriate sales & marketing activities with Distributors.
  • Manage the sales tender process together with distributors.
  • Create and initiate new projects with key customers.
  • Provide excellent services to exceed sales targets.
  • Act as an information channel between the company and existing/potential partners.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external relevant parties to ensure smooth & effective cooperation.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years experience in a commercial position.
  • Based in Jakarta - Indonesia.
  • Good communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong Influencing skill.
  • Able to travel for regular domestic business trips.
  • Analytical and good sense of commercial aspect.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and put plans into action.
  • Results-driven, self-starter, able to flexibly adjust to changes, trends and new technologies.
  • Strong negotiator and communicator across functions, hierarchies, and geographies.
  • Bold and vibrant personality
