Account Manager

What You'll Do:
Act as the primary contact for existing clients—handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
Support business growth through light outreach, with room to grow into a sales role if interested.
