Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Beauty & Care, nous recrutons un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) en Algérie.

Vos missions principales

• Développer et gérer un portefeuille clients (détergents , cosmétique, dermo-cosmétique, hygiène)
• Promouvoir les ingrédients et solutions Beauty Care auprès des industriels locaux
• Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de business et assurer la prospection
• Apporter un support technique aux clients (formulation, choix des actifs)
• Assurer le suivi commercial : négociation, offres, closing
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe

Profil recherché

• Formation scientifique
• Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en technico-commercial
• Bonne connaissance du marché algérien
• Sens du relationnel, autonomie et orientation résultats
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
• Disponibilité pour déplacements

As the global market leader in chemical distribution and ingredient solutions, Brenntag supports its customers with innovative products and high-quality services. As part of the expansion of our Beauty & Care business, we are looking for an Account Manager based in Algeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (home care I&I,cosmetics,, personal care)
• Promote Beauty Care ingredients and solutions to local manufacturers
• Identify new business opportunities and drive prospecting activities
• Provide technical support to customers (formulation guidance, ingredient selection)
• Manage the full sales cycle: negotiations, quotations, and closing
• Collaborate closely with the team

Profile

• Scientific degree
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales
• Good knowledge of the market in Algeria
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in French and English.
