ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for managing key enterprise client accounts and serving as a trusted partner to ensure seamless service delivery and strong, long-term relationships. This role requires a high level of independent judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to coordinate execution, resolve issues, and ensure client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exercise a high degree of discretion to successfully manage accounts.
- Participate in the implementation of new client launches and work with clients, IT, and the operations team to implement new programs within DCG ONE’s systems and fulfillment operations.
- Manage the client relationship and serve as the client liaison and primary point-of-contact.
- Provide strategic counsel and serve as a strategic resource to clients on all client directives and initiatives.
- Fully converses in all aspects of the account and has the knowledge and skills to customize the client’s database, add products, generate reports, etc.
- Act as a liaison for day-to-day client requests related to the database, reporting, orders, and inventory.
- Prepare and conduct strategic client business reviews.
- Ensure that the various systems are accurately and efficiently utilized as appropriate for each client and enter and update the item master.
- Conduct regular monitoring of order and inventory metrics to ensure that DCG ONE is meeting or exceeding client expectations and contracted service level agreements.
- Identify changing trends and requirements in the client’s business activity.
- Monitor inventory trends and communicate with clients to manage slow-moving and obsolete items.
- Work with operational departments to coordinate all aspects of receiving, production, and order processing as appropriate to each client and ensure that all changes to client programs and processes are communicated and implemented.
- Work with the Information Systems team to coordinate, implement, and troubleshoot all aspects of the client’s DCG ONE-hosted technology solutions.
- Capture all program costs and translate this information to accounting, including fulfillment and assembly activity, program management time, and carrier freight charges required for periodic billing.
- Perform general office duties, including answering the phone, and participate in general facility maintenance, as needed.
- Comply with DCG ONE’s environmental policies and tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three (3) years of experience in account management.
- Experience with Supply Chain, EFI, Fulfillment, and/or Content Management Software preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment and may also require working on or accessing the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.
