Pay Range

£43,000 per annum plus £26,000 OTB

Reed.co.uk is looking for an Account Manager to join their Sales Team in Holborn, London.

The successful candidate will possess great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. They will also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate successful campaigns in order to grow year on year revenues for the businesses elite clientele:

  • Responsible for growing the value of an existing base of clients, with a particular focus on retaining clients and continuing to grow their investment
  • Generating business from new clients who do not currently use Reed Online

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a clear strategy of activities around customer portfolio in order to increase year on year spend
  • Build relationships within each customer to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations on each client using key response metrics
  • Finding new ways to increase revenue and help with the strategy of managing the desk
  • Educating clients on different ways they can utilise the site to sell more products to their end clients

Experience and Competencies

  • Experience of looking after and growing accounts
  • Experience of developing revenue from new business
  • Able to create account strategies
  • Face to face sales experience
  • Enthusiastic and creative problem solver
  • A consultative approach to sales and being comfortable asking for business
  • A proven track-record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs and targets
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to interact with diverse audiences
  • Results driven, motivated and passionate about sales
  • Strong commitment to personal excellence, self-disciplined, well presented and resourceful with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
