Overall objectives of this role:
● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, reliable relationships by ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
● Project Management Excellence: Flawlessly manage projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
● Team Hub & Coordination: Act as the central hub for your projects, effectively briefing internal creative, strategy, and production teams and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
● Strategic Contribution: Translate client needs and strategic direction from the Account Director into actionable tasks and clear feedback for the internal teams.
● Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in projects and workflows, finding and implementing practical solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
The skills and experience you will need:
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an agency-side account handling or project management role.
● Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● A confident and clear communicator, capable of building rapport with clients and ensuring clarity within the internal team.
● Immaculate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
● A collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
● Bilingual: Native or business-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.

クライアントの窓口として日々のコミュニケーションを担い、ニーズに迅速かつ的確に対応しながら、信頼関係を構築します。
プロジェクトマネジメント
ブリーフから最終納品まで、品質・スケジュール・予算を管理し、プロジェクトを確実に完遂します。
チーム連携・ハブ機能
プロジェクトの中心として、社内のクリエイティブ、ストラテジー、制作チームと連携し、スムーズな進行とコミュニケーションをリードします。
戦略理解と実行支援
アカウントディレクターから共有されるクライアントの要望や戦略を理解し、社内チームが動きやすい形に落とし込みます。
課題解決
プロジェクトや業務フロー上の課題を先回りして見つけ、実行力のある解決策を提案・実行します。
