What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow a $3.5m customer portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored print and marketing solutions that help clients achieve real results.
You’ll:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Present creative proposals that deliver measurable value
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Enjoy cold calling and developing new relationships
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What you’ll bring
You’re personable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• A natural networker who enjoys connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities
• Confident working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
• Experience in print, mailing, branded merchandise, or print management (highly regarded)
• Self-driven and results-focused with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
• Most importantly — a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
