What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for WSC Sports’ Americas-based clients, acting as a strategic advisor from implementation through the entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and technical teams to ensure we are delivering on our clients’ business outcomes.
  • Lead Business Reviews to demonstrate the tangible value and ROI the client derives from our platform.
  • Extract and analyze data to generate insightful reports that inform client strategy.
  • Develop and share best practices for leveraging our platform to drive audience growth and digital engagement.
  • Partner with Business Development to create strategic customer plans, focusing on mitigating risk and securing renewals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to contribute to company growth targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or an equivalent client-facing role.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment; background in sports, media, or entertainment is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and securing growth opportunities within an existing book of business.
  • Prior experience in onboarding, project management, or technical training.
  • Ability to master complex technology and translate it into simple, value-driven solutions for customers.

Bonus Points:

Experience with AI-driven tools.

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

WSC Sports US-based roles range in salary from $90,000 - $110,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education. On top of the base salary, the benefits available for this position are:
