Account Manager

主な業務内容 / Responsibilities

  • 新規顧客(大手B2Bを含む)の案件獲得に向けた営業活動

  • 既存主要顧客のアカウントマネジメント(契約更新、アップセル、関係構築)
  • 営業パイプライン管理、CRM入力、契約関連の基本的なオペレーション

  • マーケティングやCSチームと密接に連携して案件推進を実行

  • Execute sales activities to acquire new key customers, including large B2B accounts

  • Support proposals and negotiations in collaboration with the Direct Sales Lead

  • Manage existing accounts (renewals, upselling, relationship building)

  • Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and handle basic operations

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams

必須スキル / Requirements

  • 6年以上の営業経験(B2B SaaS、フィンテック、リテールテックなど歓迎)

  • 新規顧客開拓および商談推進の実績

  • 顧客アカウントマネジメント経験

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネスレベルの英語(歓迎)

  • 6+ years of sales experience (B2B SaaS, fintech, retail tech preferred)

  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and deal execution

  • Account management experience

  • Native-level Japanese, business-level English (preferred)
