Now, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Georgia. If you're someone who loves building relationships, thrives on offering world-class service, and understands what makes high-value players tick, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, your job is to keep our high-value players engaged, happy, and loyal That means:

  • Building relationships – You'll be the go-to contact for VIP players, making sure they feel valued through tailored experiences.

  • Creating unforgettable experiences – From personalised offers to top-tier service, you'll ensure VIPs always get the best treatment.

  • Engaging in real conversations – Whether it's via phone, chat, or email, you'll be the trusted connection between players and our brand.

  • Proactively managing accounts – You'll track player activity, anticipate needs, and offer timely solutions to keep players engaged.

  • Driving retention – You'll develop VIP loyalty programs and personalised retention strategies that make players want to stay.

  • Working across teams – You'll collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer service to improve the VIP experience.

  • Ensuring responsible gaming – You'll uphold compliance and regulatory requirements, making sure our players game safely.

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills-you know how to build trust and handle VIP queries with ease.

  • Understands the iGaming industry-ideally, you've worked in gaming before and know what VIP players expect.

  • Is customer-obsessed-you thrive on delivering an exceptional experience to every player.

  • Can analyse data and spot trends-you'll use player insights to tailor engagement strategies.

  • Has great problem-solving skills-when challenges arise, you handle them with diplomacy and speed.

  • Is organised and proactive-you can manage multiple VIP accounts while staying ahead of their needs.

The Details

  • Working Hours: Shift-based (five days per week, including two night shifts)

  • Reporting to: VIP Performance Manager

  • Interview Process: TA interview → Practical video interview including test → Final Interview
