Client SatisfactionMonitorand assess client satisfactionthrough KPI’s of successful project delivery, addressinganyconcerns promptly to ensurehigh levelsof client retention.
Internal Account ManagementSupport Assist the business development teamby setting up meetings and agendas, compiling meeting notes, and sharing out executive summaries with action items and ensuring follow-through for noted items.
Reporting and Analysis Provide regular updates and performance reports to both clients andAccountmanagementteams, detailing progress, potential issues, and solutions.Aid in creating compelling presentation decks withwell sourceddata toshare the story of an account’s performance over time.
