About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to grow our Government customer base across New South Wales. You will work within both State and Federal Government, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive genuine business results.

The successful person in this role will have a customer centric approach with a proven ability to understand the unique requirements of State and Federal Government customers, identify their business needs and tailor our integrated print management and software solutions to meet their needs and enhance the customer experience. This will be demonstrated by a candidate’s passion for innovative technologies and solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and nurture multi-level relationships within State and Federal customers.
  • Develop and grow revenue streams through active engagement and delivery outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead with deep knowledge of our innovative offerings and industry trends.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to delivery and ongoing account reviews.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned with customer goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
  • Successful history in business development and growing sales revenue in Government Segment.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivation, accountability and a consultative selling mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.
  • Strong proficiency in Applications. (i.e. AI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Need

  • Hold valid working rights for Australia.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
