As an Account Manager, you will be a strategic consultant for customers, specifically in our Food & Perishables vertical. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and building loyalty by optimizing product adoption and tracking value derived from Tive’s solutions. From onboarding to renewal, you will manage customer accounts, help them achieve their goals, and contribute to revenue retention and growth. This position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to all aspects of the business and performance-based compensation.
