Job Description

If you've spent years building Maintenance books in the landscape industry and you're ready to do it somewhere that actually feels like home... then read on. We have one seat open for the right person for an Account Manager to lead our Commercial and Maintenance sales. This is a full-time, year-round role with real earning potential and a team that has your back!


What you'll own...

→ Selling and renewing maintenance contracts (lawn cutting, fertilization, spring/fall cleanups, edge & mulch)

→ Enhancement jobs tied to your accounts — you manage the client, ops manages the crew

→ Snow & ice contract sales and client communication through the season

→ A book of business you build, own, and grow


Preferred background... →3+ years in landscape maintenance sales

→ Track record of closing contracts AND keeping clients

→ Maintenance and/or Enhancement sales experience is a plus

→ Snow/ice experience welcomed
