About the job

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Telavox, you’ll be the trusted owner for a portfolio of our direct customers in the Enterprise segment.

Your mission is to deepen relationships, drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and maximize customer value. With full commercial ownership of your accounts, you’ll work closely with internal teams, manage re-negotiations, drive upsell and expansion, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Your day-to-day work may include:

  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

  • Re-negotiating customer contracts and managing renewal cycles proactively with expertise

  • Serve as the primary driver of AI adoption for our customers and lead the implementation of tailored AI solutions that deliver business impact.

  • Using customer data to inform decisions and uncover new commercial opportunities

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and improve our offering

  • Representing the voice of the customer internally with product and leadership teams

About you

You’re a driven and empathetic account management professional who knows how to balance commercial goals with delivering genuine value. You take pride in making your customers successful and excel at spotting opportunities others might miss.

You’re confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments and thrive in high-value conversations. You love turning challenges into long-term wins and find energy in solving customer problems in creative, thoughtful ways.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or with UCaaS products

  • Proven track record in driving account growth and retention through upsell and renewals

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A target-driven mindset combined with a consultative, value-based sales style

  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and you can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Good-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with working across functions such as product, support, and technical teams

  • Understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics and contract structuring

  • Experience from working with Telavox’s platform
