Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, aligning internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support

  • Understand client needs and develop account strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

  • Resolve client issues proactively to ensure high satisfaction and retention

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business developments

  • Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and adherence to deadlines

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)

  • Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the UAE

  • Experience managing client accounts across multiple industries

Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Excellent problem-solving and consultative approach

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Strong project and engagement management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
