Role Purpose
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Z Software's pharmacy and healthcare software customers. The role builds trusted relationships, drives product adoption, and identifies opportunities that improve customer outcomes and revenue. It partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Support to deliver value across the full customer lifecycle. The focus is retention, expansion and advocacy through consistent, high-quality engagement.
