Job Description

Account Manager / Relationship Manager

Location: Hybrid (Bath, Edinburgh, or London)

If youre an experienced Account Manager or Relationship Manager with a background in SaaS or FinTech, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage relationships with large advice firms, advicetechs, and established fintechs.
  • Drive long-term growth plans, service reviews, and governance.
  • Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Develop strategic account plans, deeply understanding clients' business models and goals.
  • Be the voice of the customer, identifying product and technology gaps.
  • Implement governance frameworks and provide thematic analysis for superior customer service.
  • Partner with clients to migrate business books and discover new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in fintech, wealth management, financial planning, or financial advice.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve investing experiences.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and commercial modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory environments and governance frameworks.
  • Understanding of APIs is a plus.
