We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented client Account Manager to own the full client lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of accounts. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing intently on driving client value, ensuring high retention and renewal rates, identifying and securing expansion opportunities and transforming clients into vocal advocates. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within the infrastructure, asset management, or enterprise software space, and possess a strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention & Renewals:
- Assume complete ownership as Account Manager for our existing customers and new accounts in the APAC region. Proactively manage all renewal opportunities within your portfolio, from initial engagement through contract execution, ensuring minimal churn and achieving a high client retention rate.
- Client Health Monitoring and Risk Mitigation: Define, track and report on key account health metrics (i.e. support tickets, product usage, login frequency, survey responses, training needs). Develop and execute tailored success plans for all your accounts ensuring risk mitigation as well as account growth.
- Value Realization: Consistently demonstrate the ROI and business value of dTIMS ecosystem to clients, aligning software capabilities with their strategic infrastructure asset management goals, priorities and processes.
- Expansion & Growth
- Business reviews: Plan and lead strategic business reviews that focus on past successes, future strategic alignment, and potential expansion paths to maximize the client’s utilization and investment.
- Expansion and Growth:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by proactively identifying client needs that can be addressed by additional products, services, or higher-tier subscriptions.
- Leading Bids & Opportunity Execution: Engage with client and internal stakeholders to accurately define and shape the scope & requirements of an opportunity, lead & deliver associated client proposals, and manage the handover for project execution.

Client Advocacy & Relationship Management

Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors within the client organization (i.e. Directors of Public Works, CTOs, Asset Managers, Asset Engineers).

Feedback Loop & NPS: Act as the voice of the client internally relaying product and service feedback, feature requests, and market insights to Operations, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Proactively address client concerns and improve overall client experience.

Advocacy: Drive participation in case studies, testimonials and reference calls to build a strong community of advocates.

Product Expertise & Collaboration

Maintain a deep understanding of dTIMS ecosystem, industry, trends and the comprehensive capabilities of our software platform and its integrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Operations, and Engineering to ensure a smooth hand-off and closing process.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success or similar client-facing role, specifically within a B2B SaaS or transport infrastructure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, methodical and continuously aim to improve.
- You are confident, highly collaborative, relationship oriented, a good listener and have the ability to deliver.
Preferred/Nice-to-have:
- Experience with infrastructure asset management or other enterprise level software targeting government, utilities or heavy industries
- Background navigating complex sales cycles, contract and procurement negotiations with multiple stakeholders, RfP / RfI bid experience
Other Requirements:
- This is a remote role. Frequent client-related travel with be required.
- Candidates must have the ability to travel internationally (especially within APAC and to Canada & US) without restrictions or additional visa/sponsorship requirement.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Australia without requirement of sponsorships or additional permits.
