Unipak is well-established in the Nordics and now it’s time to accelerate growth. We’re looking for a proactive, down-to-earth Account Manager who brings energy, drive and a winner mentality to build the market across Sweden and the Copenhagen area. This is a highly independent, on-the-road role where you’ll actively create opportunities (not wait for them) and make a visible impact.

How you make the difference

As Account Manager, you’ll be the commercial engine for Sweden and the Copenhagen area. You’ll strengthen and grow sales through our distributor network, while also spending significant time with retailers, installers and end users to drive demand and unlock new business. Unipak has strong roots and brand recognition what we need now is high activity and proactive sales execution to take the next step in growth.

How your agenda looks like:

  • Managing and developing sales:
    You’ll manage and develop sales Sweden and the Copenhagen area, with a strong focus on growth and consistent follow-up.
  • Visiting (new)customers:
    You’ll visit distributors, retailers, installers and other end users to help them succeed with our products and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships at all levels:
    You’ll create strong relationships at both store/branch level and headquarter level, ensuring Unipak is top-of-mind and well positioned.
  • Creating local visibility & activation:
    You’ll plan local sales activities, demos, and take part in trade shows and industry fairs. You are always looking for ways to increase pull in the market.
  • Driving product introductions:
    You’ll introduce new products to both existing and new customers and help translate product value into commercial success.

Your team:

This is a solitude role with a lot of freedom and responsibility. You’ll work independently, but closely with the Nordic sales team. You’ll report directly to the Sales Directorand collaborate with internal colleagues to make sure plans turn into results.

  • Sales DNA You have a natural talent for sales. You enjoy talking to people, creating trust and moving things forward.
  • Proactive mindset: You take initiative, follow up, and don’t wait for customers to ask. You bring drive, energy and motivation and like being out in the field.
  • Relevant experience Experience from wholesale, construction, HVAC or industrial sales is a strong advantage. Technical interest or background is a plus (HVAC/plumbing is highly relevant).
  • Languages & tools Fluency in Danish & Swedish is a must. You’re decent in English and feel at home using Office tools.
  • Location & travel: You are based in Denmark (ideally the Copenhagen area) and have high travel readiness, with extensive travel in Sweden.
