Job Description

Your challenges

  • Promoting and selling the Eppendorf portfolio in defined territory by connecting end customers and distributors – sales through indirect channels.
  • Hunting for new opportunities and exploring the market.
  • Participating in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, seminars etc.
  • Process account and customer contacts data in the eCRM system.
  • Creating sales quotes in the eCRM System and maintaining the sales funnel of the assigned accounts.
  • Analyzing market and competition within the assigned territory.
  • Guaranteeing state-of-the-art customer experience via the indirect sales channel to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Readiness to constantly improve and to help others in the team to get better.

Your expertise

  • Life science background with sales experience.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through existing accounts and by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing technical guidance, solution selling, and responsive service.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of another European language is advantageous.
  • A respectful and open mined culture is a must in our international team.
