Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives and financial targets within assigned customer accounts. Your role involves engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, and owning the entire sales process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.

  • Achieve business and financial objectives for assigned customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar account management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract management.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
  • A results-driven and customer-centric approach.
