As an Account Manager for the Polish market, you will be the strategic guardian of our most vital seller relationships, focusing on nurturing a massive ecosystem of 1,400+ active partners. In a market where our sales team is rapidly acquiring new suppliers, your mission is to serve as the long-term growth engine, ensuring every seller scales their potential through personalized support, loyalty building, and proactive commercial insights.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of Polish sellers, acting as their primary point of contact for growth and development. 
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead reactivation projects to bring churned sellers back into the Ovoko ecosystem.
  • Use data from Looker and HubSpot to track seller health, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain high service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-5 years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within the e-commerce, marketplace, or tech startup sector.
  • Native Polish speaker with a strong command of English.
  • A "hustler" who is eager to grow, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a builder’s heart.
  • Excellent work organization, systematic approach, ability to set and plan priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms (CloudTalk), and data visualization (Looker/Google Suite).
  • A proven track record of hitting targets, upselling, and managing complex long-term relationships.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position starts at 9 5 00 PLN per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
