We are excited to welcome a New Zealand–based Account Manager to support our growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong internal and external relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service outcomes.
What you’ll be working on
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations by supporting customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your day-to-day focus will include:
Sales & Order Support
- Processing customer sales orders and maintaining accurate order information in shared systems
- Coordinating with purchasing and accounts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Following up on urgent or outstanding orders
Quotations & Documentation
- Preparing quotations for Managers and BDMs
- Maintaining up-to-date templates and correspondence
- Uploading data into CRM platforms and following up on quotes proactively
Customer Service
- Monitoring progress on sales activities through regular follow-ups
- Communicating with customers regarding order updates, backorders, con-notes, and requested reports
- Working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
Technical Expertise Business Development
- Build new client base for hardware and IT solutions
- Strong knowledge of the market
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Managing and retaining relationships

Essential experience & attributes
- Strong experience in sales support, inside sales, or similar roles
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidence preparing presentations and supporting customer-facing communication
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A reliable, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
- Previous experience in IT, logistics, or procurement-focused environments
