Job Description

A billing company is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the key liaison between their clients and internal departments.

The goal of this role is to ensure that client needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed by each team, allowing our clients to concentrate on growing their businesses. This is not a technical or department-specific role, but a strategic one focused on communication, coordination, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Account Coordination: Manage client-specific issues that require input from multiple departments or don’t fit neatly into one operational team.
• Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships through regular client check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and serve as the go-to contact for feedback and concerns.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve client concerns efficiently by working with internal teams to implement solutions.
• Internal Communication: Clearly convey client expectations and needs to internal departments and leadership to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.

Skills:

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and curiosity for learning new processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
• Leadership and initiative, with the ability to take ownership of client issues.
• Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

• Solid work experience in Revenue Cycle Management or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and confidence in managing client relationships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments without needing to perform technical tasks within them.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
