A growing insurance agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join its Commercial Lines Insurance team. The Account Manager will support the servicing and management of a book of commercial clients, ensuring that all policy-related needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with servicing a book of commercial insurance clients

• Prepare quotes and process policy renewals and changes

• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding coverage details and policy updates

• Maintain accurate and organized client records in internal systems

• Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-up as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
