From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
We're looking for a skilled leader to join as the Account Management Team Lead, TikTok SMB Vietnam. This role will build, scale and oversee our SMB business in Vietnam, which is responsible for managing a sales team and accelerating the investment of managed advertisers. This team will engage a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption. You will empower your team to test a variety of products & services to understand the effectiveness in addressing advertiser needs and to identify what programs to scale to drive ROI across SMB.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales rigor and metrics to ensure accurate revenue forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Maintain day-to-day operational effectiveness in sales engagement, process optimization, and knowledge transfer among teams.
- Identify new strategic, scalable program opportunities for SMB sales and service.
- Manage complex sales projects from problem definition to execution, optimizing processes for timely delivery.
- Plan mid-term (6 months) and long-term (1-2 years) strategies to contribute to market and APAC SMB Long-Range Planning.
- Anticipate necessary resources, capabilities, and challenges for successful long-term strategy execution.
- Hire, manage, and retain talent through coaching and career path guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to define and execute client segmentation and account transfers, optimize processes and identify growth opportunities.
