
Job Title
Account Management Senior ConsultantRecord and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and deliver cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS. Enable Portfolio Administration Lease Finance Team to meet defined performance targets in relation to invoice processing, payment management, cash (tenant/landlord) and VAT invoice collection, cash allocation and all aspects of payable & receivable accounting, critical balances.
Other professional qualifications required for filling the position:
BSC/MSC degree required
5 years data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required and 3 years of experience in account/finance reporting
1 year people management and/or service coordination experience required preferably in shared services environment
Foreign language skills required for filling the position:
English language advanced
Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Responsibilities of the jobholder:
Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
Delivering the contracted service level
Regular tasks:
Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
Creating and handling of the training materials (e.g. regular maintenance of L5 documents)
Creating ad hoc and regular reports for managers
Supporting line manager in monitoring and supervising activities
Supporting and/or managing process-, technology-, service- and client transitioning projects
Holding and/or attending to ad-hoc and reoccurring meetings
Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload
Act as first point of contact in case of data and finance related queries during BAU and projects
Survey and develop processes, with a keen eye on improvements and efficiency
Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team
Managing and taking part in the training of the new joiners
Service coordination tasks:
Ensuring that the daily workload is properly distributed and delivered properly with prioritization if needed
Ensure communication and information flow across the teams
Coordination tasks
Coordinate data and finance team according to the steps and rules of common process documentation
