Your Tasks - What You can expect as title?

  • Manage customer inquiries and orders from order entry through invoicing.
  • Coordinate product deliveries, returns, and consignment stock transactions.
  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and payment reminders.
  • Process credit notes, bonuses, and maintain sales statistics and reports.
  • Conduct basic market and customer data analysis.
  • Support claims handling and coordinate resolutions with Sales and Technical teams.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Technology Managers.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer communication.
  • Prepare price calculations, quotations, and pricing updates for assigned customers.
  • Manage returnable packaging and containers.
  • Organize customer meetings, internal meetings, and events as required.
  • Participate in and support business improvement and project-related activities.
  • Follow established procedures and operating guidelines to ensure efficient service delivery.

The Account Manager Sales IV provides administrative and operational sales support to assigned customer groups, ensuring efficient order management, invoicing, customer communication, and coordination of commercial activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers and internal functions, supporting Sales and Technical Managers in delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and process orders from receipt through invoicing.
  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, consignment stock orders, and related billing activities.
  • Monitor receivables and support collection activities, including payment reminders.
  • Process credit notes, bonus agreements, and maintain sales statistics and reports.
  • Conduct basic market and customer analyses to support commercial activities.
  • Manage simple customer claims and coordinate resolutions with Sales and Technical teams.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales and Technology Managers by coordinating operational and customer-related activities.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and effective handling of customer correspondence.
  • Prepare price calculations, coordinate pricing updates, and generate customer quotations.
  • Manage returnable packaging and container administration.
  • Organize meetings, customer visits, and events as required.
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with established procedures and operating guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

    Salary Range

    We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and professional experience. The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 32,000 to EUR 40,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's background and expertise.
