Account Management (E-Commerce) — Executive to Manager Level
About the client
Our client is a Bangkok-based agency operating in the social commerce and e-commerce enablement space, delivering campaign, content and store-management services to consumer brands across the major Thai marketplaces. Client name shared with shortlisted candidates at interview stage.
Level
Multi-level opening (1 to 6 years' experience). Title, scope and package calibrated to the successful candidate.
Location
Bangkok, Thailand.
Role scope
- Own brand-partner account performance across e-commerce campaigns and online-store operations.
- Build joint business plans with brand partners and track against weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
- Plan promotional activity and campaign execution; coordinate delivery with internal creative, content and operations teams.
- Handle day-to-day store administration including listing setup, banner updates and platform submissions.
- Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and funnel data; surface insights to brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 6 years' relevant experience — e-commerce, brand-side marketing, FMCG, retail, internet start-up or consulting. Level calibrated to experience.
- Comfort with data; strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Thailand's major marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
- Confident stakeholder communicator with strong client-facing presence.
- Working English (reading and writing).
