Análisis y Gestión de Inventarios: Monitorear y analizar diariamente la información de ventas e inventarios para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora en el abastecimiento.
Gestión de la Orden de Compra: Garantizar el cumplimiento de todo el proceso de la orden de compra, desde su emisión hasta el cierre y recibo a nivel nacional.
Optimización Logística Identificar y proponer soluciones para mejorar los tiempos de espera en CEDIS y gestionar eficientemente las novedades logísticas.
Colaboración Interna: Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de ventas (D1) para alinear la planeación de la demanda con la ejecución del abastecimiento.
Forecasting: Contribuir a la precisión del pronóstico de demanda y analizar las desviaciones para ajustar la planeación, y generar las órdenes de compra.
Job specific requirements:
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles dando soporte al abastecimiento, planeación de la demanda o logística, preferentemente en la industria de consumo masivo o discounter.
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Inglés intermedio es un plus.
Manejo de office, excel a nivel avanzado.
Excelente capacidad en análisis de datos, experiencia en VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo bajo presión, proactividad, y orientación a resultados.
