ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Sells Emdad products and services to potential /existing PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
o Prospects and identifies new leads and opportunities with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
o Provides client service to existing customers. Candidates is required to manage all aspects of customer relationships between Emdad & PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
o Assist accounts to properly select the best solution for their needs through gaining a clear understanding of their businesses requirements & prepare their offers, and professional presentation, demonstrate excellent closing skills.
o Establish and maintain good business relationships with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies to encourage repeat and referral business.
o Identify trends in the market. Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales within PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
o Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.
o Generate reports on the accounts status & updates.
o Increasing the customers lifetime value for the PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
