We are seeking an Account Management Analyst Intern to support process optimization on one of our major accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in acustomer-focused, data-drivenenvironment.
Responsibilities
Monitor Key PerformanceIndicators(KPIs) to support datadrivenreporting,includingnetwork speed,oparationaltimelines, andcustomersatisfaction.
Work with stakeholders to analyze relevant data andprovidebusiness opportunity insights
Implementinternalprocessimprovementstoincreaseefficiency
Monitor and documentprojectmilestones,ensuringstakeholdersreceivetimelyandaccurateupdates
Optimizecustomerexperiencebymanagingclientinquires
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currentlypursuingabachelor’sor master’sdegree in business administration,logistics,supplychainmanagement, or a related field.
Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
Highly organized, with the ability to transform daily tasks into structured workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
