Job Description

Pediatric Home Service is a leader in home health care, we are committed to taking care of the child! PHS has been committed to providing state-of-the-art home medical equipment, supplies, clinical respiratory care and enteral nutrition services since 1987. We are seeking a full time, experienced Account Liaison who will play a key role in the providing outreach for RT/DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines. POSITION DETAILS

At Pediatric Home Service (PHS), we help medically complex children live their best lives at home, with their families. As a leader in pediatric home care, we provide specialized services including respiratory therapy and DME, clinical nutrition, infusion, and other services that help children safely transition from the hospital to home. We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Account Executive to help expand our presence across the Dallas market and connect more children and families with the care they need.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
  • Identify and develop new referral opportunities across PHS service lines, including Respiratory/DME, Clinical Nutrition, and Infusion.
  • Build strategic account plans and execute market-specific outreach strategies to increase referrals and patient admissions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to healthcare professionals by educating them on PHS services, capabilities, and patient populations.
  • Maintain a consistent presence within assigned facilities and develop relationships with key decision-makers and referral partners.
  • Partner with referral sources and internal PHS teams to help coordinate patient services and remove barriers during the referral and admission process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service or communication concerns that could impact referral relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, referral patterns, and emerging healthcare needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Use referral, market, and performance data to evaluate account activity, prioritize opportunities, and measure results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and operational teams on outreach campaigns, educational materials, events, and market-growth initiatives.
  • Represent PHS at conferences, networking events, community events, and other healthcare functions.
  • Lead presentations, meetings, and tours that help healthcare professionals better understand PHS services and the children and families we serve.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with referral partners to build long-term relationships and strengthen the overall customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales, business development, outreach, account management, or referral development experience preferred.
  • Experience within home health, DME/respiratory, infusion, clinical nutrition, pediatric healthcare, hospital outreach, or another healthcare service environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with healthcare professionals and grow referral or account activity.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to confidently initiate new relationships and develop them over time.
  • Strong business-development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome barriers, and drive results.
  • Ability to use data and market insights to prioritize accounts and develop outreach strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a territory and daily schedule.
  • Strong follow-through, organization, and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned Dallas market and participating in occasional networking or community events outside of normal business hours.
