About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Intern to join our Account team for a 6-month internship
This role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising & communications industry, where you will work closely with line managers on real client projects, learn agency processes, and develop essential professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Administrative Support

• Assist in managing and tracking workflows, timelines and deliverables

• Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal teams and external partners

• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items

• Handle paperwork, internal documents and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Project & Campaign Assistance

• Assist in executing client projects to ensure tasks are delivered on time and in line with project requirements

• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign materials

• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Production, etc.) to gather information and updates

• Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas when needed

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Support communication with clients and vendors for daily follow-ups, information updates and simple coordination tasks

• Participate in client or vendor meetings when required

• Handle client and vendor communications under the guidance and arrangement of the Line Manager

Learning & Development

• Participate in internal training, onboarding sessions and team workshops

• Learn about agency workflows, client servicing processes and industry best practices

• Actively seek feedback and continuously improve working skills

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Marketing, Advertising & Communications

• Currently graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related fields

• Prior internship experience in an agency environment or in a related role is preferred

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Team-oriented with a responsible working attitude

• Proactive, detailoriented, adaptive and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
