We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within targeted industrial and automation accounts. This role will develop highly personalized campaigns, apply customer insights, and partner closely with Sales to support account penetration, retention, expansion, and pipeline influence across complex B2B buying journeys. The ideal candidate turns customer feedback into practical marketing and business strategies.

You will:

• Build and lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that help strategic accounts and priority industry segments grow.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development to identify growth opportunities and create thoughtful account engagement plans.
• Create engaging written content, personalized campaigns, and account-specific messaging that speak to customer priorities, technical audiences, and each stage of the buying journey.
• Use CRM, campaign, and engagement data to understand what is working, show pipeline impact, and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Develop clear, compelling assets such as email copy, landing page content, sales enablement materials, customer stories, campaign briefs, thought leadership outlines, and industry-specific messaging.
• Lead customer feedback efforts, including Voice of Customer programs, surveys, interviews, and account intelligence gathering.
• Turn customer, market, and competitive insights into stronger positioning, messaging, offerings, and growth strategies.
• Share practical recommendations with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to support smarter decisions and stronger account growth.
• Stay current on industrial automation, manufacturing, digital transformation, and related market trends.
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years focused on Account-Based Marketing.
• Experience marketing to industrial automation, manufacturing, controls engineering, systems integration, industrial software, process automation, or similar technical markets.
• A strong understanding of technical sales cycles and buying decisions that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and using customer feedback, market insights, and Voice of Customer data.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, customer-focused content for technical B2B audiences.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical marketing recommendations.
• Experience supporting global accounts, international markets, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or technical subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with industries such as Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, CPG, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Data Centers, or Manufacturing is a plus.
